BE ACTIVE ON DAY TIME.
I like having all of my work done on time, so I take extra effort on how I keep up with my sleep. For me,the only reason why I sleep, is to simply recharge for my next hustle.
2.) NOT TAKING SLEEP FOR GRANTED
Not taking siestas or even naps (beyond an hour) during day time helps. It is okay take some time to rest, but remember that sleeping is not the only way. Why not take sometime to meditate or drink a cup of coffee?

PLANNING BEFORE SLEEPING
Making your to do list for the next day is
a good step. It is about looking forward and also good way to check up on your
work before sleep. Masarap matulog ng may
gawain diba? Chos!
4.)
STOP USING YOUR PHONE AT NIGHT BEFORE YOU SLEEP
Yung feeling mo maaga kang matutulog pero
aabutin ka ng umaga kakawifi.
5.)
GRAB SOMETHING TO READ
Pinakaeffective dito, SCHOOL/TEXT BOOKS!
